This policy explains how ManifestMind collects, uses and protects your personal data. We are committed to respecting your privacy and handling your data with the utmost care.
01
Who are we?
ManifestMind is a wellness and personal development application, accessible on the web and on mobile, based on a structured journey of 365 thematic cycles. For any privacy-related questions, you can contact us at the address provided at the bottom of this page.
02
Data we collect
We only collect data strictly necessary for the application to function:
- Account data: email address and sign-in method (email + password, or Google — Apple on our future mobile applications)
- Anonymous trial space: before you create your account, the free trial relies on an anonymous technical identifier, with no personal data whatsoever
- First name: entered during initial setup, editable from your Profile
- Profile photo: chosen from your gallery — stored only on your device
- Progress data: completed cycles, accumulated points, level reached (Awakening, Grounding, Expansion, Manifestation)
- Journal content: texts written in the journal section — stored only on your device
- Vision Board photos: images chosen from your gallery — stored only on your device
- Preferences: chosen language (FR/EN/ES), notification time, app settings
We do not collect location data, contacts, biometric data or any information not necessary for the app to function.
03
How we use your data
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Authenticate you and secure your account
- Save your progress and cycles
- Personalize your experience (first name, language, current cycle affirmation)
- Send local notifications if you have enabled them: your cycle affirmation every morning at the time you choose, and a reminder if your cycle is incomplete at 8pm
We never sell your data to third parties. We never use it for advertising purposes.
04
Storage and security
Your data is stored in two ways:
- Locally on your device only: progress, points, cycles, journal entries, Vision Board photos, profile photo — this data never leaves your device (phone or browser)
- On our secure servers (Firebase / Google Cloud, HTTPS encryption): your email and sign-in method, as well as your subscription status and technical billing identifiers (Paddle customer and subscription references) — needed to recognize you as a subscriber. Never your banking information, which we never see.
All transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS. We apply industry standard security measures to protect your data.
05
Sign-in via third-party services
If you choose to sign in via Google (or Apple on our future mobile applications), we only receive the information these services transmit to us: your email address and display name. We do not have access to your passwords or other data from your Google or Apple account.
Paddle (payments, web version): when you subscribe on the web, your payment is processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle receives the information necessary for the transaction (email, payment details, country for VAT purposes) and processes it in accordance with its own privacy policy. We never receive your banking details.
The privacy policies of these services also apply to their own data processing.
06
Local storage and cookies
ManifestMind uses no advertising cookies, no trackers, no audience analytics tools. Here, in full transparency, is what the application stores in your browser or on your device:
- Local storage: your progress, preferences, journal and photos — the very functioning of the app
- Sign-in session (IndexedDB): what keeps you signed in between visits
- Paddle payment cookies: set only during checkout, necessary for the transaction and fraud prevention
- Google cookies: when signing in with Google, on Google's own domain
All of this storage is strictly necessary for the service you request — which is why the application does not display a consent banner.
07
Notifications
If you enable notifications, two types are available:
- Cycle affirmation: sent every morning at the time you choose, it contains the affirmation for your current cycle to accompany you through your day
- Incomplete cycle reminder: sent at 8pm only if your cycle has not yet been completed that day
These notifications are generated entirely locally on your device. No personal data is transmitted to an external server for their delivery. You can enable or disable each type of notification independently from the app Settings or your device settings.
08
Deletion and reset of your data
You have full control over your data directly from the application:
- Journey reset (subscribers only): accessible from your Profile. Resets your journey to Cycle 1 and permanently deletes all your points, completed cycles, journal entries and photos. Your account and subscription remain active.
- Account deletion: accessible from Settings. Permanently deletes your account and all your data. This action is irreversible.
Both actions are irreversible. No backup of your data is kept on our side after deletion or reset. Only the transaction and billing records related to your payments are retained by our payment provider — Paddle on the web, Google Play (or Apple on iOS) in the mobile app — for the period required by their legal accounting and tax obligations, regardless of your account deletion. This retention is outside our control and never includes your banking details.
Full account deletion procedure.
09
Your rights
In accordance with applicable laws, you have the following rights:
- Access: obtain a copy of your personal data
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data (first name editable from Profile)
- Deletion: delete your account and all your data from the app Settings
- Portability: from Settings, the "Export my data" button downloads all of your data in a structured, readable file (JSON) — progress, journal, photos, account and subscription information
- Objection: object to certain processing
To exercise these rights, use the functions available in the app (Profile and Settings), or contact us directly.
10
Children's data
ManifestMind is not intended for persons under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
11
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. In the event of a significant change, we will notify you via an in-app notification or by email. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
Continued use of the application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
