ManifestMind lets you delete your account and all your data at any time, free of charge. This page explains how to request deletion, and what is erased or retained.
01
Two ways to delete your account
You can request deletion whether or not you still have the app installed:
a) In the app (the simplest way)
- Open ManifestMind → Settings → "Delete my account".
- Confirm the deletion.
- For your security, if your session is too old, a sign-in link (magic link) is sent to your account's email address: tap it to log back in, then restart the deletion.
The deletion is then immediate and irreversible.
b) Without the app (if you no longer have it)
If you no longer have the app installed, email us at contact@manifest-mind.app from your account's email address, with the subject "Account deletion". After verifying your identity, we will delete your account and your data within a maximum of 30 days.
02
Data that is deleted
When you delete your account, the following are permanently erased:
- Your account: email address and sign-in method.
- Your subscription status and the associated technical billing identifiers (customer and subscription references).
- All data stored on your device: progress, points, completed cycles, journal entries, Vision Board photos and profile photo — this data never left your device.
No backup of this data is kept on our side.
03
Data that is retained (legal obligation)
Only one category is retained, outside our control: the transaction and billing records related to your payments. They are kept by our payment provider for the period required by legal accounting and tax obligations (generally several years):
- on the web version, payments are processed by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record);
- in the mobile app, payments are processed by Google Play (and Apple on iOS).
This legal retention applies regardless of your account deletion and never includes your banking details, which we never see.
04
Timeframes at a glance
- In-app deletion: immediate.
- Deletion by email: within 30 days after identity verification.
