Acceptance of terms

By using ManifestMind — on the web or through our mobile applications — you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the application.

These terms may be updated occasionally. We will notify you via an in-app notification or by email in the event of a significant change.

Description of the application

ManifestMind is a wellness and personal development application, accessible on the web and on mobile. It offers a structured journey of 365 thematic cycles including:

• Daily affirmations personalized to the current cycle
• Easy and challenging actions to anchor new habits
• Guided visualization exercises
• A personal journal to record your reflections
• A Vision Board to visualize your intentions
• A points and levels system to encourage consistency

The application is available in French, English and Spanish.

Free trial — first cycle included

Your journey begins for free: the first cycle of ManifestMind is included, with no credit card and no commitment. No sign-up is needed to get started — an anonymous trial space is created automatically on your device.

From the 2nd cycle onwards, continuing the journey requires a subscription. When you subscribe, you create your account (email and password, or Google): your progress from the first cycle is fully preserved.

Your account

ManifestMind offers two ways to create and recover your account:

• Email and password — you set your password when creating your account and use it to sign back in. If you forget it, the "Forgot password" link lets you set a new one.
• Google — one-click sign-in with your Google account.

One email address corresponds to one account, whichever method you use: your subscription follows you. Certain sensitive operations (such as deleting your account) may require a recent re-authentication via an email link, for your security.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions and payment

Access to the full journey (365 cycles) is available through one of the following plans:

• Monthly: monthly billing, cancellable at any time
• Annual: annual billing, with automatic renewal
• Lifetime: one-time payment, permanent access to all 365 cycles

If you use the web version (manifest-mind.app)

Our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle collects your payment, emails your receipt, handles applicable VAT and sales tax, and provides customer service for billing matters. Prices are displayed in US dollars; the exact amount, including taxes, is shown before you confirm payment.

If you downloaded the application from the App Store or Google Play

Payments are processed by Apple or Google depending on your platform, and automatic renewal is managed from your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Refunds

Full details are available in our Refund Policy.

• Web version: refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Contact us at the address below or reply to your Paddle receipt; Paddle may also grant a refund in accordance with its own buyer terms.
• App Store / Google Play: requests are handled directly by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (via the Play Store).

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access to the content remains active until the end of the period already paid; no further renewal will be charged afterwards.

• Web version: use the subscription management link included in your receipt and in Paddle billing emails, or write to us at the address below — we process requests promptly.
• App Store / Google Play: from the subscription settings of your Apple or Google account.

The Lifetime plan cannot be cancelled: it is a one-time payment, with no renewal.

Restoring your access

Your subscription is attached to your account, not to your device.

• Web version: on a new device or after signing out, simply sign back in (email and password, or Google) — your subscription is recovered automatically, without paying again.
• App Store / Google Play: use the "Restore purchases" button in the app Settings.

Content and intellectual property

All content in ManifestMind — affirmations, actions, visualizations, design, animations, logo — is the exclusive property of ManifestMind and protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute or modify this content without written authorization
• Journal texts and photos you add remain your property
• You grant us the right to store them on your device for the app to function properly

Your data: reset, export, deletion

You have three options to manage your data from within the application:

• Journey reset (subscribers only): from your Profile, resets your journey to Cycle 1. Permanently deletes points, cycles, journal and photos; your account and subscription remain active.
• Data export: from Settings, "Export my data" downloads all of your data (progress, journal, photos, account) in a readable file.
• Account deletion: from Settings, permanently deletes your account and all your data.

Acceptable use

By using ManifestMind, you agree to:

• Use the application only for personal and non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent payment or authentication systems
• Not reproduce or redistribute application content
• Not use the application in a way that could harm its operation

Medical disclaimer

ManifestMind is a wellness and personal development application. It does not constitute medical, psychological or therapeutic advice and in no way replaces professional mental health support.

Limitation of liability

ManifestMind is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or permanently available. We are not responsible for data loss due to technical failure, voluntary reset or account deletion.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription over the past 12 months.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law applicable in the user's territory. In the event of a dispute, we favor an amicable resolution. You can contact us at any time at the address provided below.
